Sven-Hendrik Haase 535bc648de Fix packer build 
- Switch to zstd as new grub now supports btrfs and zstd.
- Go back to good old sgdisk as ansible's parted is pretty buggy.
- Upgrade bootstrap version.
- Remove base-devel to decrease image size and we don't really need it everywhere.
