Should bump it straight to 1.15.1 also quick scroll through the changelog I saw perhaps changes in the config file for indexer path:

We need to check this closer and if anything needed do needed adjustment. In first comment there is a link to PR that does the change where it indicates that queues must be empty before rolling out the update. It is possible we will need to put gitea in maintenance mode before rolling this out. But first we need to read the changelog closer, specially Enchancements, features and Breaking parts. It's a major release so goo to have a deeper dive because the list is long.

I've just read all BREAKING part. There is just the following to be done.

In first comment there is a link to PR that does the change where it indicates that queues must be empty before rolling out the update.

Here is what it said: "It is recommended to ensure that queues are empty before upgrading using gitea manager flush-queues or on the admin pages."

I'm adding this to the CHANGELOG issue so that we won't forget about it.

I will make seperate issue about indexer which we can check whether we need it or not but it's unrelated to this update anyway so let's just go with the update as usual. Thanks @meaz
