@muppeth for some reason, I don't manage to have custom theme working on my machine. I think it used to work, but for sure it doesn't work anymore, even with vagrant. Can you confirm it is working with you when deploying 1.19.4-0 on your machine?
I've spent some time on trying to understand the issue, but I don't find it.
