The first sentence sounds wrong to me; however, since I'm not a native English speaker, I might be mistaken.
You're right. Something like

That's better (I supposed you meant to say something like this, but I couldn't know for sure).

## 4.09 - **Disroot Translate** (https://translate.disroot.org)
Please use the same format as above for paragraph number: '4.9' instead of '4.09'
Concerning the consistency of numbering, for chapters 1. and 5. there is a leading dot also after the second number – i.e.
5.1.
– while for chapter 4. this second dot is missing – i.e.4.1
.Is the changelog file referenced within chapter 6. still actual?
If so, it should also be updated.

@muppeth @avg_joe can you have a look at this and approve so that I can merge?
@meaz sorry for taking long to approve. I want to put also changes to the backup information in this update. I will do my best to do it before end of the week.
@meaz, while this is still open, can I suggest some other changes (mainly typo related)?
@floss4good please do. We would like to push it asap.
@Disroot/Owners I wonder if we shouldn't remove other versions then english. Others seem to be outdated and I think allowing for versions that aren't up to date is problematic.

we have a note in the about section:

on a quick look, FR and DE seems to be up to date (including akkoma). i think we just missed to count up version. ES doesn't include akkoma @Fede and others ain't translated.

thanks @floss4good I fixed those
French done.
Spanish translation reviewed and updated. Added a couple of missing . (period) to the English text.
Cool, thanks @fede
@avg_joe could you try to do the German version before the end of month?
@l3o if you add the Italian that would be great too!
Should the changes for February, 2024 (from section Last update of this Privacy Statement:) also mention that the retention period for backups was updated?
And should the section name be Last updates...?!
As for any outdated translated version of this document, from my point of view in such cases a short notice could be added to the top, near the version number. Hopefully will not be the case.Ups, I see you already have a banner for mentioning when the translation was last updated; this is probably enough.
