User reported via support ticket:

When images and PDF files apear to be low quality when viewed from nextcloud

User does not specify how the files are viewed so we should test all for:

  • View files by user who uploaded files via web
  • View shared files as another user via web
  • View shared file as non-user via web

thanks. I will double check it as well. Let's pull it into the current milestone as it's I think quite easy and it's a case of PEBKAC I think.
