Few things to change:

Change the way certbot is deployed so we build one from source from latest.
Currently by default nginx is reloaded upon running the role but we should add other services (if needed) and check which service should be reloaded. Currently if serfver does not run nginx it will yell error and exit at the end which is not desired.
