[XMPP] bookmark sync from monocles chat to monal not functional #1359

Ran into a situation where while I joined a muc in moncles chat on android, that room did not show up in monal on macOS desktop.

This is bookmarks 2 related (https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0402.html). Disroots supports bookmarks2.

There is some disco feature (maybe a different XEP) called bookmarks compat or similar, which informs clients whether to sync b1 or b2. Is such a feature in active use at disroot prosody?
