Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
After a spam/phishing attack some years ago where attacker used unicode to disquise fraudulent address (replacing some characters to very similar ones), we have disabled unicode in email addresses. However, this has been something we did years ago and so we should re-evaluate this decission.
