When trying to add a label to a bookmark, I get "Failed to load tags". I didn't have this issue last time I tried (couple of months ago?)

I was adding few bookmarks today and had no issue with loading tags. I did have it once, that the tags wouldn't load (no error message though) but I assumed it was a temporary slow connection.

It could be related to lock issue I reported #190 @meaz check if it works now.
