I got a legit email from my Internet service provider and it got labled
[SPAM Warning!]
. It didn't get filed away, but thought it should be added to an allow list or non-spam list. I'd hate to miss a message about billing or whatnot. The following domains should be allowed:
They are a large ISP here in the States.
THanks!
Could you be more precise ?
Sorry, my fingers got the best of me and I filled out the first comment more.
I was about to type the comment and then accidentally posted. See above.
Could you perhaps forward me that email if there is no personal data you dont wish to share?
I wonder why the mail was marked as spam so would be good to have a look at it.
It does have billing details. Would full headers suffice? I could send one from last month that didn't get marked and this one that did get marked.
@muppeth I did get another "legit" email marked as spam by prepending in the subject line.
If that is all we are doing here (marking the subject only), I am okay with that and this issue can be closed.
If the group has a formal way to request allow-listing legitimate domains, I'd love to see that documented. I don't recall seeing any docs on the spam detection setup, but didn't look hard. It could be useful for users...
We will have dedicated email to report such issues.
