An admin of a server reported that he gets timeout error when trying to connect to our server.

Could it because we have s2s_require_encryption set to true which forces all server-to-server connections to be encrypted. Perhaps those servers do not support s2s encryption?

Not sure what exactly the issue might be. The person reporting the issue, got pissed off with me not responding on time (he had all the right to get angry) and isnt responding. I checked his server using dismail and it also seems to be not working so not sure what could be the issue. directlTLS isn't solving it.
