if you are an XMPP server admin and want to install gateways on your server, you are looking for one of these projects...

So I'm not sure what we want to achieve with this.

It's all based on the same core. So we can host bridges to some of the networks like discord, telegram, signal, whatsapp etc. I would like to try them out (first on a test server) to see if they are something we would like to provide as disroot. There is of course only one concern and it is possible private info stored on the serve (like phone numbers or passwords) but this is exactly why i would like to test it out and read about it. It could be very cool service addition to xmpp.
