y previous suggestion won't work. Of what I understand, RC automatically checks for new messages in the background. RC considers this as activity and the session does not time out. Only if the browser is closed without a logout the session will timeout.

So apparently this request is not possible: https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/6663

Should I close this then?
