Could you we create a test instance, add stripe on it ( @antilopa is that possible?) so that we can test if the issue is with our prod?

Create a test container
Deploy the akaunting role
Add stripe app
Create an invoice of like 0,1€ to one of use
Pay the invoice

We'll see when that is done what to do next...
