Currently we aren't rejecting upon DMARC failure even if policy is set to fail. One of the reasons is mailinglists and forwards. We need to review this, and see whether we should enable rejects or instead send such mail to spam.

We should also check the situation with mailinglists and see if this can be fixed regardless of the decission
