Many users cant find place to change/reset password so we should provide link on webmail login page.

I'm on it. There is an interesting issue about privacy policy so I think I will use the provided patch and add url for password reset. At the same time try to lobby for getting this upstreamed. In worse case, we either keep it as a patch or we create a plugin. https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/9036

While waiting for the request to either hit upstream and in which form (adding to the core or as a plugin), used the initial patch provided in the linked issue and added forgot password link.

PR for ansible role introducing adding custom patches (if we find something worth patching in the future but dont want to maintain a fork) with the forgot password/custom links patch here: Disroot-Ansible/roundcube#23
