I'm closing this as even though I deployed mail on my machine, I don't have that many questions that come at the moment as I can't really use this as a real email server. Also, I didn't have any questions on zammad about email that I wasn't able to answer too, so I'll keep track of such questions if needed but for now, I'm closing this.
