Improve communication with Disrooters in order to increase donation income to secure paid staff salary and other costs as well as accumulate money for future hardware.

Provide easy interface for making donations directly from the website.
In the donate section of the website, display total funds that are required for the year in the form of bar indicator.
Send our monthly newsletters with a reminder for donation.
Send a monthly reminder for donation in XMPP.
Send a monthly reminder for donation in Fediverse.
Set two milestones per year on focusing on actions to get donations (June and December)
Form a workgroup for this subject

I'm even thinking that we could have a script to do those reminders each month!

So perhaps that instead of:

We could have:

Write a reminder text for donation in Fediverse and XMPP
Set a script to send monthly reminder for donation in Fediverse and XMPP

to increase visibility for the topic whats your opinion on offering a "share your donation on fedi" button for donators eg with a fun individual generated ai text? (something like milkmans excuses would be fun)
