Once staging server is operational it's time to implement new idea for deployment (maintenance window) for services installed on the staging (1st phase). Idea hear in short is to introduce a bridge between local development machines sys admins use to prepare updates and production server. Services then can be more thoroughly checked by other team members as well as community folks to ensure things are running as expected and to test new features.
