Once we have put the new deployment procedure into practice, we need to include all core members into the process. This means we will include additional checks and approval rounds of more people before the update is up and ready for production. Benefit apart from the obvious mentioned above will also be better recognition of new features we we can then later relay back to the community in form of tutorials or newsletter announcements.

Collectively finalize the deployment procedure
Create checklist for all services
Implement it in practice
Tweak procedure if needed
