FEDIsroot doesn't follow redirects when fetching federated posts. Suppose a post from instance A is sent to instance B. When a FEDIsroot user pastes the URL of the post from instance B into the search bar, instance B will return a redirect to instance A. FEDIsroot does not follow the redirect, causing the fetch to fail. This issue does not occur when searching FEDIsroot posts on Misskey.

Example

Pasting this URL into the search bar will not return the post:
https://misskey.io/notes/9sxln49hzcb0006i

However, pasting the same post from the original instance will return the post:
https://misskey.emymin.net/notes/9sxln49hi6
