There are too many break lines right now. This PR removes lots of them for a better displaying.

The tag after the anchors point are there so when you give a link to a section, the title doesn't disapear behind the navbar.

It is the same at the PS but but there the space between lines is not so big. Maybe it can be solved be removing just the line breaks between lines but nit the
or we need to check in the css why the spaces are so big.
