Updated the Russian translation of the Community section.
First of all, I replaced the links for tracking current workflow, future plans and bugs from the board to the git repository.
Made a few minor edits to the text that I thought were better.
And lastly, I have one question. I left the words/word combination "**Disroot Project**" and "**Disroot-Project**" untranslated because I consider these words to be proper names that don't require translation (as well as the single word **Disroot**). I also think that these words are clear without translation, because the word "**Project**" is very similar to the Russian word "**Проект**" which is a direct translation. Can you please tell me if the words "**Disroot Project**"/"**Disroot-Project**" are proper names and if not?
Thank you.

We decided to give the possibility to add extra storage so I've updated:
- Forms (but @antilopa could you check that? Can I just add the `name: cryptpadkey` so that we will get the public key of users?)
- Cryptpad page
- Perks page
@avg_joe@fede@l3o as usual I need you to check what I translated, and what I didn't translate also :)
- [x] Italian
- [ ] Spanish
- [x] German

For the grav repo, I need to have the `_main` folder to exist so that I can then symlink it to changelog repo. It does exist on prod, but not in the repo itself as it is in .gitignore, so when I git clone, I don't have that `_main` folder. That is why I'm removing it from parent .gitignore and adding it. But as it is empty, git doesn't want to "save" it, so I created an useless .gitignore file in it...

In the title of the post in Italian I used the wrong character for the apostrophe which caused an error in the frontmatter.
Sorry but I just noticed it now:/

This is the french translation of the tor page. BTW @avg_joe and @fede , if you could do the Spanish and German ones, that would be awesome. @l3o already did the Italian one.

It is a page that explains that you can access website through Tor.
It could be changed to add other tor services later, when available.
It needs this PR also: Disroot-themes/grav-theme-disroot#66
