My main question is whether it is necessary to better clarify the definition of a "regular supporter" and whether it is enough that supporter have contributed once, in the case of monthly contributions.

For “amount” we should perhaps add a list of currency that users could choose from. I remember in tickets that sometimes we know that a user gave 5, but we don’t know if it’s in $, € or whatever currency they use.

Also, for placeholder: ‘Name of payment holder or other transfer reference’, the text is a bit long, so we don’t see it all.

Is it possible to implement the currency list Meaz proposed?

If that is not possible, we could ask for the value in euro. So if they give 5 US dollars, they need to convert in euro (round)

Originally we didn't really care if it is in euros or dollars or any other currency. It is a symbolic donation anyways. I'm not sure why specifying it is important. In my opinion i can be 5USD 5 EUR or 440 Yuan if that covers a symbolic coffee,

@antilopa perhaps we should make it clear then. I remember we had few tickets where people said they couldnt put the amount because they couldnt select currency.

I had now a thought to use perhaps "Coffee" but that could open door to possible abuse, though not sure.

@antilopa Do you have a comment on this one? would be nice to merge it today. If you dont have an opinion or not sure how to implement the currency related request, we could make an issue from it for later.

I think the confusion was more that people couldn't enter the currency because only number are allowed. We could allow also uppercase letters ion the input field for currencies. Or we leave as it is, mostly it just works.

We could also just change placeholder: 'EUR/USD/BTC/etc.' to placeholder: 'Amount of donation' so maybe it is less confusing

Not sure "amount of donation" is less confusing. People might think this is the amount of donations as in one donation, two donations, three donations (four... five donations, six donations, seven donations, more.. :P)

So I do agree but need to find better wording for this.
