i don't recall we do this anywhere else (like whats app, like github, like twitter, ...)
so feels out of line.

maybe replace with some other features from https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy ?

like:

  • RSS / Atom feed support for All, Subscribed, Inbox, User, and Community.

  • Cross-posting support. A similar post search when creating new posts. Great for question / answer communities.

  • Moderation abilities and Public Moderation Logs

  • possible to fully erase your data, replacing all posts and comments.
