Update templates for 3.0
...
- Resaving the General templates with the recently
fixed
`--template-mode`
- Generally just resave all templates using 3.0,
then removing every
change from defaults that seem irrelevant for that
particular template
- Changing the Jazz templates to use the new
MuseJazz musical font, not
just the MuseJazz Text font.
