maybe the real bug is that none of the contextual menu items are meant to have hotkeys, or those hotkeys require a pointing device to reach them

This one appears to be a documentation bug, since by all accounts the option
is deliberately gone from the top-tier menus, having been relegated to the
tabs contextual menu.
