Paul 112b21df10 rename SSL to SSL/TLS
Using just 'TLS' is ambiguous. Sometimes it refers to encrypted
connection with TLSv1.0/1.1/1.2, sometimes it refers to STARTTLS
command. So be more specific about what is what.
