	* src/codeconv.c
	* src/codeconv.h
		always enabled Japanese auto-detection
		if the first letters of locale string
		is "ja"
	* src/compose.c
		don't use "destroy" signal to destroy
		Compose object (fix rare crashes on discard?)
	* src/mainwindow.c
	* src/messageview.c
	* src/prefs_send.c
		added Hebrew encodings
	* src/sourcewindow.c
		don't use "destroy" signal to destroy
		objects
