promotional: Add Flight of the Guix and GNU Guix Test Pilot art.

This commit adds the source SVGs of the illustration used for the
release announcement of Guix 1.2.0, and a new illustration intended to
be used to call for testing before the release of version 1.2.1.

* promotional/Flight-of-the-Guix.svg: New old illustration.
* promotional/GNU-Guix-Test-Pilot-2021-M15.svg: New illustration.
