bootloader: Extend `<menu-entry>' for multiboot.

* gnu/bootloader.scm (<menu-entry>)[multiboot-kernel,multiboot-arguments,
multiboot-modules]: New fields.
[linux,initrd]: Add default value '#f'.
(menu-entry->sexp, sexp->menu-entry): Support multiboot entry.
* doc/guix.texi (Bootloader Configuration): Document them.
