gnu: texlive-bin: Fix FTBFS with Poppler >= 0.58.
* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-bin)[source](patches): Add patch from Arch Linux. [arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add CXXFLAGS=-std=gnu++11.
