services: dovecot: Add ‘mail-attribute-dict’ configuration option. 

* gnu/services/mail.scm (dovecot-configuration): Define a
‘mail-attribute-dict’ directive for IMAP METADATA storage.
* doc/guix.texi (Mail Services): Document it.
