daemon: Remove unused schema upgrade code.

Browse source 
* nix/libstore/local-store.cc (LocalStore): Remove upgrade code.
(LocalStore::queryValidPathsOld, LocalStore::queryPathInfoOld)
(LocalStore::upgradeStore6, makeMutable)
(LocalStore::upgardeStore7): Remove.
* nix/libstore/local-store.hh: Adjust accordingly.
