gnu: emacs: Use new package style.

* gnu/packages/emacs.scm (emacs)[source]<snippet>: Drop trailing ‘#t’.
[arguments]: Convert to list of G-Expressions.
Use ‘search-input-file’ where possible.
Inline references to auxiliary files.
Drop trailing ‘#t’s.
[inputs, native-inputs]: Drop labels.
