gnu: git: Fix cross-compilation.

* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (git-cross-configure-flags): New variable,
(git)[arguments]: add it to configure-flags. Also add cross curl-config script
to PATH.
(git-minimal): Add previous variable to configure-flags.
