gnu: Fix openmpi related packages.
This makes these package definitions compatible with the openmpi package which
uses gexps as of f45fc72c28
.
* gnu/packages/mpi.scm (openmpi-c++, java-openmpi,
openmpi-thread-multiple)[arguments]: Use gexps.
