gnu: databases.scm: Use license: prefix.

* gnu/packages/databases.scm (4store, gdbm, bdb, bdb-5.3, mysql, mariadb,
  postgresql, qdbm, rocksdb, sparql-query, sqlite, perl-dbi, redis,
  unixodbc, kyotocabinet, wiredtiger): Use license: prefix.
