doc: Clarify /dev/kvm setup.

Reported by myglc2 <myglc2@gmail.com>.

* doc/guix.texi (Build Environment Setup): Mention the "kvm" group.
(Invoking guix system): Use "@quotation Note" for the note about KVM;
make it clear that KVM is optional.
