vm: Add UEFI loader to disk images.

* gnu/build/vm.scm (install-efi): New procedure.
(initialize-hard-disk): Generate EFI blob when ESP is present.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image): Append 40MiB EFI System Partition.
