guix build: Add '--keep-going'.

* guix/scripts/build.scm (show-build-options-help)
(%standard-build-options): Add --keep-going.
* guix/scripts/build.scm (set-build-options-from-command-line): Honor
it.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix build): Document it.
