On 32-bit platforms with a 32-bit 'time_t', we'd get this test failure:

This commit includes the workaround implemented upstream.

* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (glib-networking)[arguments]: New field.
