* gnu/packages/glib.scm (glib)[source]: Switch to mirror://gnome.
[inputs]: Add `patch/tests-prlimit'.
[arguments]: Add it.
* gnu/packages/patches/glib-tests-prlimit.patch: New file.
* Makefile.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
