* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/password-utils.scm (cracklib)[source]: Use the patch.

It is not safe to pass words longer than STRINGSIZE further to cracklib
so the longbuffer cannot be longer than STRINGSIZE.
