(set-bootstrap-executable-permissions): Remove target.
* Makefile.am (install-data-hook): Remove dependency on
'set-bootstrap-executable-permissions'.
* gnu/packages/bootstrap: Remove directory.
* tests/search-paths.scm ("evaluate-search-paths, separator is #f"):
Adjust to match .../aux-files/linux-libre.
