After the recent video to demonstrate this type of installation many of the errors encountered by unix21311
were confirmed and corrected (we hope) in this wiki entry.
To verify that pacman and pacman mirrors work as they should pacman should be installed first and the rest should be installed by the functional pacman setup in the chroot, without relying on the outside pac-inst.conf file.
Since the move to sourceforge mirrors and the single repository of all three pacman.conf looks for server through a mirrorlist (/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist-jobo) but this is inconvenient for new chroot installations.
Explain the need of opensysusers for runit and its replacement by jobo66 with obsysusers.
Point to the use of the joborun-setup script to make installation less wiki reading intensive.
Explain the kernel choices, boot loading choices, etc.
