Attempt to import 8 ports at once. I sure hope this will work. editors/nvi is a multi-byte extension of nvi-1.79; the rest are pretty much skeletons (even more so than regular ports) that use most files from editors/nvi and support for a particular encoding scheme. Update with the new PORT{NAME,VERSION}/PKGNAME{PRE,SUF}FIX variables. Now try to use those variables everywhere around DIST* and PATCH* definitions as far as possible, for ease of the future updates and the neatness. Okay, 60% of `japanese' ports have been done. :)

Use MASTERDIR where appropriate. Also, add FILE_DEPENDS to denote that the port otherwise uses files from another port. (Note: support for FILE_DEPENDS is not in bsd.port.mk yet, so it's a no-op for now.)

MASTERDIR= ${.CURDIR}/../../editors/nvi-m17n
Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is spelled out (many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type fixes that shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/" appear.

Remove regexp support for libcanna since it can now be built in ELF format as well.

LIB_DEPENDS= canna.1:${PORTSDIR}/japanese/Canna
The dependency rules are created in bsd.port.mk only if *_DEPENDS are defined, so move LIB_DEPENDS before .include of editors/nvi/Makefile (which also includes bsd.port.mk).
