Mostly minor changes. Style fix: - Remove post-install information from DESCR's. - Replace /usr/local with ${PREFIX} in DESCR's and MESSAGE's. - Remove unnecessary whitespace. Pointed out by: portlint

browse, try editing cvsweb.conf as you like.
