PL/Tcl has been  installed. Check the createlang(l) manpage for more
info. You can install pltcl as trusted or untrusted, by using either
"createlang pltcl" or "createlang pltclu".
Another step along the road to the postgresql new world order. Note that none of these ports are (yet) hooked into the tree, and will not compile unless you set a specific environmental variable.
