MARC::Charset allows you to turn MARC-8 encoded strings into UTF-8

|
strings. MARC-8 is a single byte character encoding that predates
|
|
|
|
|
unicode, and allows you to put non-Roman scripts in MARC bibliographic

|
|
|
|
records.
